What We Do

Reduce stress on shelters

Our friends at MCAS used to manage the community's pet food needs, adding to their already full plate. With PPMC as the county's dedicated paw pantry, the shelter can focus on finding homes for the animals in their care.

Keep pets in their homes

Many people surrender pets to shelters because they can't afford their care. PPMC helps keep pets at home with their families, also reducing strain on the intake folks at our local shelter.

Reduce stress on pet owners

Pet food can be a major expense, especially for owners already struggling to afford basic necessities. Our goal at PPMC is to make sure that no person ever has to to choose between feeding their pets or themselves.

No human should ever go hungry, even if that means they've chosen to prioritize their food needs over theirs. When you visit PPMC, you'll also have access to Maury County's Harvest Share Food Pantry.
